Yet again you guys did a phenomenal job!! My beautiful girl was soooooo happy to receive this beautifully vased with a beautiful valentines ribbon and half pink half red roses ♥️ Excellent job and you will most definitely see more future orders from me!!

The roses were absolutely beautiful and perfectly prepared and already in a vase!! It immediately brought happy tears to my wife, such beautiful flowers and also being delivered, it meant the world to her. Thank you so very much and I will most definitely be getting more flowers from you in the future!!

My dad ordered a dozen roses for my mom as a Christmas surprise. The roses arrived on time and were absolutely gorgeous. My mom loved them! Ordering is easy on their website and customer service is the best! Amery is lucky to have such a great florist in our community.

Beautiful arrangement and delivered right in the middle of the day. I am very pleased with the service and quality. If I was to suggest anything… maybe let customer select from different vases, even if there may be an up-charge. I would have liked that option. Still extremely happy with the arrangement and quality of flowers. Great job!!!

While your arrangement may not look identical to the photo, we will always strive to capture its overall beauty, style, and sentiment. Due to seasonal availability, weather conditions, and market fluctuations, substitutions of flowers, greenery, or containers may occasionally be necessary. When substitutions are required, we carefully select items of equal or greater value while preserving the color palette, design style, and overall feel of the arrangement.
If certain flowers, colors, or design elements are especially important to your order, please note them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us directly to confirm availability. At Stems from the Heart, we make every effort to contact recipients before attempting delivery. While we do our best to complete deliveries as scheduled, some circumstances are beyond our control. Living in Wisconsin means dealing with a variety of weather conditions throughout the year, and for the safety of your flowers and plants, we cannot always leave deliveries unattended outdoors.
If we are unable to reach the recipient or determine that it is not safe to leave the delivery, we may need to make alternate arrangements for delivery or pickup. We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure every order arrives in the best possible condition.
For same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please note that we do not offer delivery service on Saturdays or Sundays.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
