Decided to send my wife some flowers for a random milestone in our life. I had selected an arrangement online for same day delivery and asked that they would not have any lilies in the arrangement because they are toxic to cats. I received a phone message from them shortly after and when I called back, I found out that I had picked an arrangement that was almost entirely lilies! They offered to do an arrangement in the same price tier and I gave them full license to do what they wanted and wow! My wife loves them!

The flower arrangement was beautiful! My daughter who had just had a baby was very surprised and happy to receive such a gorgeous bouquet. I will definitely be a returning customer and will also recommend you to others!

I was not able to attend the wake for my aunt, but family told me that the flowers were delivered on time and were a very beautiful arrangement. I would like to thank you for your service and professionalism. In the event we need flowers in the future, I'll be sure to use your services again.

While your arrangement may not look identical to the photo, we will always strive to capture its overall beauty, style, and sentiment. Due to seasonal availability, weather conditions, and market fluctuations, substitutions of flowers, greenery, or containers may occasionally be necessary. When substitutions are required, we carefully select items of equal or greater value while preserving the color palette, design style, and overall feel of the arrangement.
If certain flowers, colors, or design elements are especially important to your order, please note them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us directly to confirm availability. At Stems from the Heart, we make every effort to contact recipients before attempting delivery. While we do our best to complete deliveries as scheduled, some circumstances are beyond our control. Living in Wisconsin means dealing with a variety of weather conditions throughout the year, and for the safety of your flowers and plants, we cannot always leave deliveries unattended outdoors.
If we are unable to reach the recipient or determine that it is not safe to leave the delivery, we may need to make alternate arrangements for delivery or pickup. We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure every order arrives in the best possible condition.
For same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please note that we do not offer delivery service on Saturdays or Sundays.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
