Due to seasonal availability, weather conditions, and market fluctuations, substitutions of flowers, greenery, or containers may occasionally be necessary. When substitutions are required, we carefully select items of equal or greater value while preserving the color palette, design style, and overall feel of the arrangement.

At Stems from the Heart, we make every effort to contact recipients before attempting delivery. While we do our best to complete deliveries as scheduled, some circumstances are beyond our control. Living in Wisconsin means dealing with a variety of weather conditions throughout the year, and for the safety of your flowers and plants, we cannot always leave deliveries unattended outdoors.
If we are unable to reach the recipient or determine that it is not safe to leave the delivery, we may need to make alternate arrangements for delivery or pickup. We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure every order arrives in the best possible condition.
For same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please note that we do not offer delivery service on Saturdays or Sundays.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
